FOUND WHILE FISHING: TWO DEAD DEER IN THREE DAYS

Found these two deer while fishing for wild browns recently.  The first one was a brute of an 8 point.  It was hit too far back in the intestine/stomach region.  The second deer, as can be seen in the picture, was shot in the lower jaw.  Died of starvation???  It is too bad these deer were not recovered.

My dad called the game commission about the first deer, and the woman who answered said that they would not retrieve it.  However, you better believe that they would slap anyone with a fine looking to procure such a rack.
